Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff

The location was GREAT. It's a short walk to the British Museum. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was very comfy and tidy. It felt quite refreshing.
I did notice the pillows could use replacing, as they weren't the best.

The food was AMAZING!!! There is a restaurant and bar area, and an outside terrace. The area is lovely, and it allows for some great relaxation during your stay.

I got a very courteous reception at the front desk. Staff guided me well, and the service had a smile and amazing personality. I will definitely come back again given the chance.

Snug and super clean near St Pancras

I found the service fantastic from check-in. The room was snug for a single night, but it was SPOTLESSLY clean. The bed was great and the room quiet. A HUGE amount has clearly been invested in the hotel. It is under 10 minutes walk from St Pancras and next door to Euston station. Made it perfect for an early Eurostar.
I had a single room, and it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is located very close to Euston Station. This makes it ideal for travelers. Three underground stops are nearby, with easy access to various parts of the city. Buses stop nearby. Walking to many places is easy too.

My room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The art and decor added character to the space. Soft towels were provided in the rooms. The rooms felt brand NEW.

The breakfast offered many options and was good. The breakfast staff were really good. One server accommodated me even though I arrived late. The breakfast here is very good. I am glad I chose this hotel.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient!
quiet room comfy bed convenient location
The room was very quiet, which I appreciated! It had air conditioning too. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I slept great. It is just a five-minute walk to Euston station. 'The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
The gym lacked weights or yoga mats. I think those would be useful additions.

fab stay near euston!
modern room great location
I had such a wonderful time! the room was fresh and modern, i mean, i really loved it. the location is also a total winner. It is close to euston and st pancras station, so getting around was easy! the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient too.
The rooms were quite small. Opening my suitcases was definitely a squeeze. also, there was not enough space in the bathroom for my toiletries (that was a bit annoying!).

The breakfast staff were very nice. They made sure i was well accommodated even though i arrived late. the check-in and out staff were lovely. They were very efficient and helpful with my requests (i needed extra towels!).

The hotel boasts excellent transport links. Euston station is a short walk away. there are also london buses available right in front of the hotel, made commuting even more convenient (i took one to the british museum!).

ideal location comfortable bed coffee maker small room high price hazy mirror
the location was ideal for my travel plans. it was close to euston station. a comfortable bed with fluffy pillows was included. a coffee maker, kettle and water were available in the room.
my room was quite small. i paid a lot, so i would have liked a refrigerator. the room was so small the toiletries were on the headboard. the main mirror had a strange haze, so it was almost unusable.
