The location was handy for my plans (visiting some old haunts). The staff called to make sure everything was okay.
The room was quite small. I had difficulty moving around. The shower cubicle was also tiny. Only one lift exists. It barely fits two people with luggage.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The rooms were clean, I definitely noticed. Housekeeping services are very thorough. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff. They made everything so smooth. The room itself was really comfortable too, I got some excellent rest.
I did notice a small crack on one of the bathroom tiles, but it was very minor.

The room was well-furnished and spacious. The bottled water was a nice touch. The shower was also very good.. I found the location to be superb and the room clean. I appreciated the recently refurbished decor done to a high standard. The bed was comfortable.
My keys stopped working a couple of times, which required a few trips to reception.

Breakfast had a full hot selection, including items like eggs and sausages. A continental breakfast option was available with pastries and fruit. The quality of the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

i found the toiletries to be so lovely. i enjoyed the comfortable bed. the bathroom had a bath and a shower. the towels felt fluffy. it was great.
the lift seemed quite busy during breakfast, though using the stairs was no problem for me.

the tv had a good size, around 50 inches, i guess. tea and coffee supplies were available in the room. complimentary water bottles and biscuits were also provided, and i found them useful.

FANTASTIC Location and AMAZING Service!

This accommodation boasts an EXCELLENT location for discovering the city centre. It allowed us to easily walk to several theaters we visited. It also gave us access to Oxford Street and Covent Garden. The nearby tube station was a short 5-minute walk away.
The room felt cramped, like a small single room with a double bed squeezed in. I found it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was TINY. Entering and exiting the shower was a challenge.
