i found the staff quite friendly, a definite plus. the location proved ideal for my needs, very central. my room was spacious , which i appreciated. the hotel allowed me to store my luggage before check-in , which was helpful.
the building seems quite old , especially noticeable in the bathrooms.

The location was excellent. The hotel is close to many attractions. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, a spare pillow and heavier blanket was present in the wardrobe.
The street noise was significant. I noticed the constant traffic, even late at night.

I noticed that the hotel offers a breakfast buffet each morning from 7 am to 10 am. The dining area seemed clean and well kept. A selection of cereals, pastries, and hot items were available.

The reception staff was available 24/7, very helpful. I requested a wake-up call, and it was provided promptly. Staff were also very patient in answering all my questions.

helpful staff friendly staff central location kind gesture
the staff were so helpful and friendly. they assisted with my luggage, a gesture i found especially kind because of my mobility (it was a sweet surprise!). the location is central. i found everything to be easily accessible.
i noticed a small stain on one of the towels.

central location helpful staff clean room effective heating
I found the location really good, with easy access to many attractions. The staff at the reception were cute and helpful all times i needed them. My room was clean, including the bathroom, it was important for me. Heating worked effectively, i could adjust it to my comfort (even warm sometimes!).
The water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than I prefer.

adequate stay with a good location
superb location friendly staff efficient staff shower problem worn carpets dated design
the location was superb, it was close to many attractions. i was able to easily walk to piccadilly, mayfair, and soho. the staff were friendly and efficient, always available at reception.
the shower did not work well. the water came out as a small trickle, and then stopped altogether. the carpets looked worn, and the design seemed dated.
