the hotel location was convenient. it offered easy access to a tube station. there were several coffee shops nearby. i found restaurants within a short walk.
my room decor seemed dated. i found the walls to be thin. i could hear neighbor sounds. car traffic and local people noise was audible from my room.

i found the staff very helpful and kind. they clearly care about service, and i always appreciate this. the location is amazing near park lane. the cleaning team did a marvelous job managing the room space.
i did find that some timber fittings show age.

the gym was so old. only cardio machines worked. the machine for all muscles did not work. i think someone forgot about it. the lobby looked old too. it needed updates.

the room was ready early, a nice surprise.
the room was not great. the chair in the room was broke and was never replaced, even though i told them. the noise from outside was very loud early in the morning because windows need replacing.
