The staff were helpful and polite . Check-in was easy and efficient. I was allowed to leave my bag while I visited the embassy. Nothing was missing when I returned to collect it.
The room was perfectly adequate however there was noise. The hotel is near a McDonalds that closed late. I also noticed the Heathrow Airport flight path.

small roomstreet noise
The single room i had was quite small. There really wasn't much space to move around. the tv remote didn't work. I asked about it, but it wasn't fixed . the noise from the street was also pretty bad, especially at night though the window was closed! it made it hard to fall asleep. i didn't like that there was not enough space in the room.

i found the room very clean and well-kept. the bed was great (i slept like a baby!) and the mattress very comfortable.
The room was quite small, different from what was shown in the photos. That was inconvenient.
