Art curator Lily Ackerman has selected works by Jin-Woo Prensena and Jill Berelowitz. The lobby features an exhibition challenging the perception of sculpture in space. The menu features 29 prints, most never publicly shown before, ranging from a great white shark off the coast of Mexico to aerial shots in Whistler, Kauai and Santa Monica. The walls of CUT are adorned with Damien Hirst's Diamond Dust Psalms series.
