ineffective glazingnoticeable noise

The room was rather disappointing (to put it mildly). It felt more like a room in a care home. The window had very ineffective secondary glazing so outside noise was still noticeable. It certainly did not deliver the silence that I was hoping for.

The breakfast was diverse. items were of excellent quality, it was ideal for families. guests had access to water, available in the restaurant. It was free.

My room needed some upgrade. the toilet seat was wobbly. It wasn't secure.
