really good breakfast lovely staff great location excellent facilities

The breakfast was fantastic! EVERY member of staff at the hotel was lovely and helpful. The location is GREAT and the facilities are EXCELLENT. Clara doing Archery. The rooftop is also beautiful with the view and the pool.

The breakfast featured a LOT of choices, catering to various nationalities with options for everyone including children. The food offered was often warm rather than HOT, a minor detail, especially for items kept on the warmer.

Bar staff demonstrated excellence with attentive service, and nothing was too much trouble for them which i REALLY appreciate. Reception staff were helpful, providing assistance with inquiries and addressing concerns. They were super.

Relaxing Beachside Stay

family activities modern design friendly staff comfortable room

I participated in a couple of family activities. Dart and bongo. i also made a bracelet. it was quite fun, and the atmosphere was great. the staff were very friendly. the lifeguard was such a legend and carried sun loungers for us.. the rooms featured modern designs, and they felt new. i found it quite comfortable for three people.

the gym has limited equipment. some machines are out of service.

the location is excellent as it is close to the beach. many shops are nearby. there is also a supermarket and restaurants a short distance away. the hotel stands right across from a good beach perfect for children due to minimal waves.

the staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially in the front office. they provided good recommendations for places in palma de mallorca to visit. breakfast service included lovely gluten-free items daily. the restaurant staff were friendly..

the breakfast had a wide selection of various foods available. there are super pool and gym facilities. bar and food served in the restaurant seemed good enough. the rooftop bar is gorgeous, offering the chance to watch the sunset with a cocktail.

good variety breakfast options

The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The room was quite small for three guests and the bathroom ceiling had leaks. Water dripped down and the closet was too small. A bad smell permeated from the nearby channel.
