Acceptable Hotel. Some Issues

The breakfast had varied options that I found quite appealing. The walking route that starts at the hotel gates provided very nice coastal views. It was charming!
The arrival process was not good. It felt disorganized. Our room was close to the elevator, I heard noise in the mornings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a baby-sitting service. Breakfast included varied local specialties. I found the bed very comfortable and I could select a pillow from the pillow menu.
The hotel has steps everywhere, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The hotel has lush gardens. The gardens are maintained well. I saw interesting artwork throughout the area. The pool also had a great view. There were a variety of restaurants at the location, too.
The hotel entrance has a single car access point, made arrival a little slow.
