Excellent Family Stay!
direct beach access floatation devices kid-friendly pool water stations
The hotel had direct beach access, perfect for families. I saw floatation devices freely available, a thoughtful touch. The kids enjoyed the kid-friendly pool with its shallow areas. There were complimentary water stations on each floor. It was so convenient.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so adjusting the room temperature was not possible.

Our family room had a separate bedroom area. The soundproofing was good, guaranteeing quiet nights. The room included two sinks.

The staff was knowledgeable about allergies. They guided us during meals, identifying safe food. The bartenders, Laura and Nerea, were AMAZING!!! Virginia was helpful, providing fantastic customer service.

wonderful location improved traffic flow cold water chlorine vapor
the front desk service impressed me i appreciate diego's assistance in switching my room due to an odor the hotel location is wonderful for families with children. i noticed the breakfast buffet was crowded a dedicated beverage service could improve traffic flow.
i observed the water in the main pool was very cold this. the heated pool felt enclosed the chlorine vapor made it uncomfortable to breathe
