beachfront bliss i'll never forget!
stylish room amazing view friendly staff
Our room was so stylish! the sea view was amazing and the room was spacious. the staff were super friendly and efficient. the breakfast had so many options. i really enjoyed the yoga and bicycle tour they offered too. We just enjoyed every moment!
the music was a bit loud sometimes, particularly on weekends, it made relaxing a challenge.

The gym had modern equipment. i saw people enjoying yoga and pilates classes. There seemed to be options for different fitness levels. the pool area had plenty of loungers.

our premier room mediterranean view had a comfortable bed. the room's design was modern and fresh. the room was spacious! i appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room.

regional products amazing breakfast
The breakfast buffet had excellent fresh regional products. the variety of regional dishes was amazing. I loved the unique style of the interior design. the beach was also beautiful. but the staff were kind and helpful!
i noticed too many dogs wandering around. this is a very bad policy. the pet policy needs review.

mixed feelings about the stay
loud music disorganized staff
the location was acceptable (right by the beach).
The music was excessively loud by the pool. the staff seemed disorganized at check-in. I had to repeat my details. the room felt dated with chipped wood, certainly not matching the photos.

modern design extensive choices up-to-date equipment helpful valet
The hotel was modern, and the design created a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast had extensive choices. the gym included up-to-date equipment, i noticed. It was a great perk. i also liked the valet service, quite helpful upon arrival.
the music near the bar sometimes felt a little loud at night.

the facilities included a quiet pool area as well as a more lively one, with dj sets. the hotel also provided pilates and yoga classes. several restaurants and bars were within easy walking distance.

difficult check-in unresponsive staff
the breakfast was amazing and had a wide variety of options.
The self-check-in was not smooth after a long flight. It took quite a while. also, there was no security, and anyone could access the lifts to the rooms, even people from the beach. i found my room door open after a day out, and the staff didn't seem to care much. They were not attentive.

fresh pastries great location hot water water bottle
The breakfast had many options. It was really yummy and fresh (i loved the pastries). The location is great. Beach access is right out front.
Hot water did not run properly. It stopped halfway through the shower quite often. I found that there was only one water bottle provided every other day.

beautiful design amazing view calm vibe
i found the room design beautiful and the cleanliness perfect. i was pleased with the amazing view from my balcony each morning. breakfast offered many delicious options presented beautifully suiting every taste. the hotel's common areas created a calm beach house spa vibe i found relaxing.
the self-serve check-in via the app took longer than expected with minimal staff assistance.

the location by the sea offers very nice views. the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes accessible by walking. palma city center is approximately a 20 min taxi ride.
