poor cleanliness broken plumbing

i found the room cleanliness lacking, particularly outside of the main areas. crisps remained under the desk for days, and i do not eat crisps. the air conditioning did not work and the hot tub constantly filled itself. there were also no face towels provided, and towels were not consistently collected from the floor. the overall quality felt lower than expected for this level of hotel.
