the cove near the hotel was beautiful. the water was very clear, i loved it. the family rooms were big, we had enough space. the staff were nice, they gave us a warm welcome.
the food wasn't great. the kid menu had too few choices. the snack bar food was always burned. the restaurant became too crowded for the hotel size.

I found a very clean room with a comfortable bed. the animation team, including carlos, provided excellent entertainment. christina took very good care of my daughter, who has celiac disease. I felt grateful for the attention. there were sun loungers available and the pools were a great size too.
The food options for children were limited. I noticed a lack of variety during meal times. the snack bar offered the same limited choices every day. It was a bit repetitive. sometimes food items were not labelled properly, inconvenient with dietary restrictions.

The staff were professional and helpful. The children's club was great (my children loved it!). The restaurant staff were amazing too. The food had excellent variety. We always found a good choice with the all-inclusive package.
The gym was very crowded during peak hours.
