the hotel possessed an irresistible charm, a victorian embrace that transcended its location. staff greeted us warmly, always professional. our double room was supremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, meeting every need with thoughtful touches. thoughtful additions like dental kits and shower gels were so nice.
the air conditioning unit made a little too much noise, made sleep a bit challenging one night.

The room décor felt classic and elegant with a very comfortable bed, inviting rest after a day's travel. Bottled water was replenished daily, we felt cared for and hydrated all through our stay.

excellent stay!
nice toiletriescomfortable bedbasement room
the building's design impressed me. the complimentary toiletries in the room were a nice touch! i found the staff pleasant during check-in. my husband mentioned the bed was very comfortable.
i noticed lots of stairs leading to the basement room. it was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is near a bus stop. it has the number 9 bus. this bus goes straight to south kensington! i also found shops within a ten-minute walk, a convenient feature.
