Superb Quality Stay!
spacious room free water short walk
The location is GREAT, within a short walk to the underground station. My room was beautiful and spacious. It included a view of the front yard. A coffeemaker was available in the room. a small refrigerator contained free water bottles. Chocolates and biscuits accompanied the complimentary coffee and tea.
The afternoon tea felt slightly lacking. Wait staff did not pay enough attention. Securing their attention proved difficult, as they often chatted near the reception desk. Tables for two could benefit from more space to accommodate afternoon tea comfortably.

room temperature issue inconsistent housekeeping
the location near the park was acceptable for a morning stroll.
my room's temperature control was malfunctioning, so the room remained too warm throughout my stay. despite requests, this issue wasn't resolved, and housekeeping seemed inconsistent as well. i found an unemptied trash bin upon arrival and the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned .

quiet and historical escape
easy access historical preservation water fountain
the location provides easy access by public transport. the building displays historical preservation with nice details. i enjoyed my room, it faced the back area and provided sounds of birds and a water fountain.
i found the service a little strange and staff seemed abrupt at times. the outside bar staff removed our drinks before we finished. we experienced a very long wait for dinner, and the staff was not attentive to refilling wine.

Fantastic Stay Near Hammersmith
beautiful building friendly staff easy access
The location is great! Hammersmith station is a short walk away. This makes access to the Piccadilly line easy. The bar staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I enjoyed trying their signature cocktails. The building itself is also beautiful and very clean.
I noticed the absence of bottled water in the room.

a haven of victorian charm
victorian charm warm greeting comfortable room thoughtful addition
the hotel possessed an irresistible charm, a victorian embrace that transcended its location. staff greeted us warmly, always professional. our double room was supremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, meeting every need with thoughtful touches. thoughtful additions like dental kits and shower gels were so nice.
the air conditioning unit made a little too much noise, made sleep a bit challenging one night.

The room décor felt classic and elegant with a very comfortable bed, inviting rest after a day's travel. Bottled water was replenished daily, we felt cared for and hydrated all through our stay.

nice toiletries comfortable bed
the building's design impressed me. the complimentary toiletries in the room were a nice touch! i found the staff pleasant during check-in. my husband mentioned the bed was very comfortable.
i noticed lots of stairs leading to the basement room. it was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is near a bus stop. it has the number 9 bus. this bus goes straight to south kensington! i also found shops within a ten-minute walk, a convenient feature.
