Convenient and Comfortable Stay

I found the location excellent for accessing historical sites. Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace were within a short walk. The hotel provided a quiet atmosphere despite its central setting. I was able to easily reach Victoria Station and other transport links.

The shower in my room had noticeably low water pressure. This made showering less refreshing than i expected. I hope they address this issue soon to improve guest experience.

The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. Concierge was helpful with luggage storage after checkout. Staff assisted me, allowing me to enjoy my final day without luggage concerns.

What a CHARMING experience!

The member of staff, Ilia, at reception, did something REALLY special for us. She upgraded our room, and the new one was spacious. We had AMAZING views overlooking the cricket ground. It was our first overnight trip as a couple for seven years, and Ilia made it nice. The room was super clean and had all the mod cons.

I found a tiny scratch on the mirror in the bathroom.

Fantastic Stay, Great Service and Location

The reception staff were very kind upon my arrival. They helped with my luggage. Anything I needed was delivered quickly. The room had all I needed in it. There was a nice bathroom and easy access to Wi-Fi. Breakfast was complete, I found the staff warm and cute I would return for another stay I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. Showers had plenty of hot water. The cleanliness was very good overall.

The entrance had a lot of steps, it was difficult to navigate them with luggage.
