the location proved unbeatable for hospital visits, a crucial factor for my stay. staff displayed friendliness and readily accepted parcel deliveries, a useful service. i found the room spacious and especially appreciated the shower cubicle (no bath, a plus for me). the availability of coffee and drinks at the bar added a nice touch to the experience.

i noticed the pillows provided were firmer than i prefer (a minor detail).

This hotel is conveniently close to st george's hospital, a major plus for me. the room felt secure, and i appreciated the attention to safety. the staff were really responsive. They promptly addressed a minor request i had. i was charmed by the helpful attitude of the staff.

the shower space was rather small, making movement a little difficult.

The location worked well because it was near St George's Hospital. The price met my expectations, it was quite reasonable. Staff were helpful, which i appreciated.

This meant i had to rely on outside options for meals. The limited snack options available in the hotel were also overpriced, somewhat affecting convenience.
