i found the staff FRIENDLY and efficient. My room offered adequate space and i noted the cleanliness. The hotel location gave quick access to nearby attractions, this aided my travel plans a lot.

The breakfast buffet included options such as scrambled eggs, bacon and cereals. Coffee service was readily available ALL day. I noticed the dining area seated about sixty guests.

My room contained a queen bed and a small work desk. The windows did open. i ALSO found an iron with an ironing board, it was a plus.

THE gym contained three treadmills and some free weights. I saw that the hotel has a meeting room that fits around 20 people. There is also a spa area that offer massage services.

Front desk staff offered luggage storage. I noticed staff were available 24/7. The check-in process was straightforward. Concierge services helped a lot.

Hyde Park is very close, it is almost adjacent. The hotel is located a short walk from several tube stations. I noted easy access to shopping areas.

My upgraded room included a terrace. I appreciated the spacious outdoor area. The room was very clean. The shower had hot water and good pressure.

The room felt rather small, even considering i know space is a premium. there was no proper desk only a small table near the bed, what makes working difficult. also, i find the lighting in the room inadequate. It's quite dim and not suitable for reading or working late.

I stayed in an Executive Double Room. The location proved ideal for visiting nearby attractions, Hyde Park was very close. I did like the common areas decoration. The staff was friendly.
The bathroom felt so small. It was hard to close the door. There was a problem with the brandalarm and no warm water was available afterwards. The general cleanliness could be better, especially the carpets.
