perfect breakfast wide selection convenient location

I found the location to be excellent. The metro station is directly opposite the hotel. The breakfast provided a wide selection of salami, cheese, fruit, vegetables, and various drinks.

solid stay near gloucester road

quiet room helpful staff delicious breakfast

i found my room to be very clean and quiet. it was easy to get to local attractions like the natural history museum, science museum, kensington, and hyde park (it was just a quick walk!). the staff were also very cute and helpful. i thought breakfast was delicious.

the room had no chair and no proper space for my suitcase. there wasn't even a door hook to hang my jacket.

the location worked great for my plans. the staff proved consistently helpful and nice! breakfast service was very convenient. the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, it was nice.

The room could have used a chair or two. It felt a bit bare for a longer stay.

Really good Hospitality at its Finest!

amazing view comfortable bed

i stayed in a double room balcony and the view was amazing. the bed was comfortable. the staff was always ready to help. it created such a smooth experience, especially with luggage lockers available.

the room was quite small, leaving limited space to open my suitcase. this made it a little difficult to move around comfortably. i hope for larger rooms in the future.

excellent location super clean hotel cute staff small room no suitcase space missing chair

the location was excellent, right next to the station. this made getting around very easy. the hotel was super clean, everything was well-kept (i noticed no wear and tear). every staff member i met was kind and cute.

my room was quite small. there wasn't a proper space for my suitcase to be stored. there was no chair in the room, an odd choice (in my opinion).
