The staff was very friendly and helpful . The location is convenient, really close to shops. The cleaning service maintained the room super clean during my entire stay. I also appreciated the tea bags available on each floor. A nice touch.

The absence of a fridge or coffee maker in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The location was alright, close to the tube station.

The room size was far too small. I found no iron or ironing board. I had to request one from reception and it was broke. The desk guy attitude was very poor when I explained what happened with the iron, he just shrugged.

I loved that the bus and train station were just a short walk away. It made exploring so easy! surrounded by restaurants and shops, the location felt vibrant. the hotel had such a unique vibe. I reminded me of i was on holiday, relaxed and carefree. the room was spacious and very clean. It was a joy to return to each evening.

The breakfast had limited options. The pastries and bread seemed a little dry which was a shame :(

the check-in area was small other people were checking in at the same time it felt cramped there was also only one ironing board per floor i had to get one from reception it was broke and almost cut my hand
