The studio room was very well equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower had amazing water pressure and temperature. I found the room very clean and quiet, great for a restful stay.

excellent locationconvenient location

my stay lasted a few nights. the location is really excellent with the subway less than ten minutes away. tower bridge is about five minutes away (a very convenient location!).

the room heating was a little difficult to adjust. i had to open the window sometimes.

I found it hard to get the reception staff to help when i left something in the room. They wanted me to collect it in person! i live far away. They would not post it to me, even with payment offered. customer service was not good.

The location allowed easy access to the southbank venues. The kitchen IN the room was a significant benefit. It transformed our stay into a comfortable holiday apartment. I found the studio surprisingly quiet. We could even sleep with the windows open.

I did notice a shared office area at check-in. It was a little confusing. I think a more defined reception space would improve the arrival experience.

The location IS acceptable. There are many options for food and drink NEARBY.

THE room I got did not quite meet expectations. I encountered a concerning situation when I noticed the room decor was dusty and not properly cleaned. This impacted the overall quality. I was good.
