The location allowed easy access to the southbank venues. The kitchen IN the room was a significant benefit. It transformed our stay into a comfortable holiday apartment. I found the studio surprisingly quiet. We could even sleep with the windows open.

I did notice a shared office area at check-in. It was a little confusing. I think a more defined reception space would improve the arrival experience.

The location IS acceptable. There are many options for food and drink NEARBY.

THE room I got did not quite meet expectations. I encountered a concerning situation when I noticed the room decor was dusty and not properly cleaned. This impacted the overall quality. I was great.
