convenient location and spacious rooms

great location spacious room good work surface

i appreciated being close to the station and main bus stops! access to shopping and dining was also really easy. walking along the river was really nice. my room was spacious and clean. it had a good work area for my laptop.

dirty laundry slow drain

the staff at the reception were courteous they showed politeness upon arrival which i found acceptable.

the room was not as clean as i expected piles of dirty laundry cluttered the corridor on my way to the room i noticed dirty plates and cups outside several doors the bathroom floor flooded each time i used the shower the water drained too slowly causing a mess.

convenient location quick transport links good workspace welcome cookies

i found the location very convenient for exploring nearby areas. kingston station was easily accessible and provided quick transport links. my room had a good workspace ideal for using my laptop. the provided welcome cookies added a small nice touch.

the breakfast selection for vegetarians was somewhat limited for a hotel of this standard.

professional staff varied breakfast dirty laundry slow drainage

The staff was professional and available 24/24h. I also appreciated the varied international breakfast and internal restaurant menu.. The laundry service was quite fast, delivering the clothes on the same day.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected. I found piles of dirty laundry in the corridor plus dirty plates outside doors. The shower floor overfilled, and water ran onto the bathroom floor. The water didn't drain fast enough.

amazing stay, really good service

friendly staff complimentary snacks

the staff were very friendly and efficient. they allowed us to store our bags the following day. complimentary snacks were offered to the room upon arrival, this was a nice touch. the bathrooms were also great.

i had an issue with the hotel channel not working on arrival so i could not see the menu. i had to go down to reception to get a menu when i wanted to order room service.

the hotel has a central location next to the main shopping area. trains and buses are also nearby. this makes it easy to get around and explore the area during your stay.

dusty carpets shower gels

the breakfast was acceptable and did have a lot of choices.

honestly, the room wasn't as clean i expect for a hotel. the carpets looks dusty at the edges and some rubbish was under the bed. things like the complimentary shower gels weren't topped up good too.

clean rooms amazing service

i visit the hotel weekly for work and always receive wonderful service. the rooms are very clean and i appreciate the close proximity to all shopping needs. i found the customer service amazing.
