The staff was very helpful. They even walked me part way down the street to ensure i was headed in the right direction. The living room offered comfortable furniture and book-lined shelves. Every detail seemed chosen to create a 'home' feel.

I was given a minute room, like a storage cupboard. Curtains were drawn, and i arrived late, so i did not complain then. I opened the curtains in the morning to see pipework and inner workings of the hotel. There was no light.
