friendly staff comfortable stay convenient location broken window removed shutter extra cost

the staff was friendly. they were very good to. the location was convenient for king's cross station.

the window in my room didn't close properly. the soundproof shutter had been removed. i would not stay again, it's not worth it to me, i had to pay a little extra for comfort.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. My room was clean and fresh towels were always available. I also appreciated the tea and coffee provided with cookies. The location is great. It is close to transportation.

The stairs are narrow so carrying a large suitcase was difficult.

The room included a comfy double bed with clean sheets and nice smelling towels. The compact toilet and bathroom offered decent water pressure and amazing hair and body wash. Free water bottles are available.

The hotel has a 24/7 receptionist, helpful for late arrivals. I appreciated the cozy garden view from my window. Heating worked well and kept the room warm in winter.

I enjoyed the proximity to king's cross station. It was really convenient. the room had a nice desk and good light from the windows. the staff were really friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for me

The bathroom was quite small. It was a bit difficult to move around in there. a small towel rack would be beneficial and improve the space functionality

i found the location quite convenient, it was near transportation hubs. the staff offered friendly service upon my arrival. the room had a clean environment, i must say.

the street noise did intrude into my room, it bothered me sometimes. i think they should fix this.

the location was acceptable.

The room was unbearably hot. there was no air conditioning and only a small fan. the hallways were also very narrow and the carpets were stained. It was off-putting.
