the location provided easy access to attractions. staff members were professional and helpful. any issues that arose were addressed immediately and efficiently. we were able to store our luggage while visiting oxford.

I loved the convenient location. It was easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and helpful. they even upgraded my room, which i really appreciated. i was celebrating a special occasion, and the room was so nice!

the breakfast variety was not as extensive as i expected.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a really nice selection of food items.

My room faced an adjacent building. The room was next to the housekeeping closet, so it got noisy at times. I was charged for a local call.
