The breakfast had such lovely food and really friendly staff. My room was so comfortable and clean. I also liked that the location was fantastic. It's really close to the coach station. It's only a few minutes more to the train station and bus station!
The hotel charged the credit card for the full stay two days before arrival. Expedia clearly stated payment was due on arrival. This felt unprecedented for my long trip!

I was very pleased with the delicious breakfast. The staff showed excellent hospitality. The location is fantastic, and it made it easy to walk to Buckingham Palace. The room included a comfortable shower. I got great breakfast choices.
