fantastic victoria stay
friendly staff delicious breakfast ideal location
i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff they were very cute. breakfast was delicious with many choices i especially enjoyed the cooked-to-order options. the location was ideal for visiting the area near victoria station it made getting around easy.
the room was a bit small but manageable.

the room had a comfortable bed i found the linen to be of good quality. a super clean modern bathroom was included and the shower was piping hot. the space felt quaint creating a cozy experience.

the staff were very professional and courteous particularly the front desk team. breakfast service was prompt and friendly and they readily accommodated special requests. there was a good conversation with one of the owners they were elegantly dressed.

the hotel is a few minutes walk from victoria station making transportation convenient. the neighborhood is nice and the walk to the train station is about 10 minutes. buckingham palace and parks are easily accessible.

friendly staff clean room
The breakfast had such lovely food and really friendly staff. My room was so comfortable and clean. I also liked that the location was fantastic. It's really close to the coach station. It's only a few minutes more to the train station and bus station!
The hotel charged the credit card for the full stay two days before arrival. Expedia clearly stated payment was due on arrival. This felt unprecedented for my long trip!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered good service. The location was excellent. It was close to Victoria Station.
The walls were thin. It was impossible to sleep due to noise from other rooms. The room was tiny. The window faced a basement.
I was very pleased with the delicious breakfast. The staff showed excellent hospitality. The location is fantastic, and it made it easy to walk to Buckingham Palace. The room included a comfortable shower. I got great breakfast choices.
The pillows in my room felt hard. I could easily hear some traffic and people outside.
