the location worked well. it's close to everything. the staff was pleasant. the room was a good size with everything you need. good choices of food was available.

the toilet flush wasn't working great. the light above the tea and coffee station didn't work. the long mirror in the bedroom was really smeared. housekeeping wasn't good.

The location was acceptable. It was near trafalgar square.

The bathroom did not match the category, it was very old with broken toilets, a real shame. the reception staff were distant and unhelpful. They told me to use google when i asked for directions. i booked a superior room, but it had no fridge
