Wonderful Stay at Central Location
helpful staff great location
I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Kim from Hong Kong. My children adored her. The location was great, very central. I was able to leave my luggage safely locked away even after I checked out, SUPER useful.
The air conditioning wasn't working great. There were festivals and concerts all days we stayed in trafalgar square. It was fun to see, but busier than normal. This made sleeping a little difficult

Breakfast had a good variety. I saw the typical english style offerings available, including eggs, bacon, and sausages, alongside pastries and fruits, ensuring everyone found something satisfying to start their day.

The Standard Double Room was clean and well-kept, with a large bed, beautifully crisp bed linen, and an ironing board and iron. I noticed a salon-style hairdryer was provided. It was a welcome change from the usual hotel dryers.

The hotel's central location provided convenient access to many attractions. I easily reached bars, restaurants, and theatres. I also noted the reception staff juggled reception duties with covering the bar responsibilities VERY well.

the hotel is very close to trafalgar square and the national gallery. we walked to several theaters . the location was really convenient. we loved the friendly and helpful staff (they always had a smile on their faces). the hotel's environment was very comfortable.
i noticed some dust on the doors in the room, which wasn't ideal.

the staff was very cute, always ready to assist with requests. check-in was smooth, and staff acknowledged us by name (a nice personal touch!). any questions were answered quickly and clearly.

pleasant staff good size good choices
the location worked well. it's close to everything. the staff was pleasant. the room was a good size with everything you need. good choices of food was available.
the toilet flush wasn't working great. the light above the tea and coffee station didn't work. the long mirror in the bedroom was really smeared. housekeeping wasn't good.
