Wonderful Experience

The staff were very caring and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities were also quite nice, including a pool, steam room, sauna and gym. I found the breakfast relaxing, and the staff did not rush anyone even when close to the end.
I noticed a slight wear and tear in some of the hallways. The carpets showed some aging.

The room was very well presented, tidy, and clean. It included a fridge. This was essential for me since I tend to bring my own food. I stored fruit, yogurts, milk, and salads there.

Breakfast was good, and there was lots of choice. The restaurant offered many options. The staff took food allergies seriously, managing to create a gorgeous three-course meal I could eat without worry.
