clean room friendly staff great location good shower
the room was very clean i like it very much. the staff was friendly, this was helpful. the location was great, near victoria coach station. the shower was very good and the temperature control worked well.

the hotel is a short walk from the victoria station. it made traveling very easy. i was able to reach several major attractions quickly, it was a great convenience.

the breakfast includes fresh bread, cheese and a selection of hot items. the dining area are kept clean. i also found the coffee was very strong and tasty, and this give me a good start to my day.

my room had a tv with many channels. the bathroom was a good size, it had modern fixtures. i appreciated the availability of fresh towels every day, and the air conditioning unit worked effectively.

i really appreciated how close the hotel was to public transportation. victoria station was only a short walk. the provided electric kettle was very useful and i made morning tea every day.
the hairdryer was not working, but i managed without it.

charging ports guest umbrellas useful location
The location proved very useful. It was close to transport links. I noticed many restaurants and stores were nearby. The hotel offered universal charging ports. This was a great convenience. Umbrellas were available , I thought this was a kind touch.
The hotel lacked a lift, and assistance with luggage was unavailable.

the room was recently refurbished. i found many conveniently placed plug sockets throughout the room. youtube on the tv was a good option to have..
i found some stairs. there was no lift for access.

The hotel's proximity to Victoria Station was really convenient. I arrived via Gatwick Express. Staff were generally helpful, providing luggage storage (a nice touch!). My room felt fresh, clean, and well-kept, which i appreciated after a long journey.
The room was on the smaller side. Managing luggage was a bit of a squeeze.
