I enjoyed the inclusive hot buffet breakfast ! The secure onsite parking was a plus. The staff were friendly. I found excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offered very basic amenities in the rooms. Only two small towels were available for showering. There was no hand towel in the bathroom or a hairdryer in the room I was allocated. I was also informed that extra pillows and bath towels were not offered.

The hotel provides easy access to local shops, food places, and pubs. It is very convenient! Gidea Park and the town are both easily walkable. Access to central London is simple via the train, it is using Romford station.

My room was clean, which I appreciated! I found the room to be warm and cosy, especially given the time of year. The bedding was clearly fresh and clean, and the bed was COMFORTABLE.

Kyishna provided such a warm welcome. Nothing seemed too difficult. i mistakenly left my mobile phone at reception during check-in because our room was across the road. kyishna knocked on our door and returned it to me. Now that is top customer service. an easy walk gets you to plentiful shops and food, and pubs are there too!

the bath hot tap did not work, a tiny bummer

The staff quickly secured parking for me. The room presented a nice quiet retreat which I appreciated. My room was really decorated nicely and I settled in quickly. The customer service was excellent. All my needs were quickly met.
