the reception staff were very helpful with my luggage. check-in with ipek e was pleasant, especially after a long trip. jasmine provided great service during my meal, showing genuine care. jake assisted with my cases, very helpful, considering i had two.

i noticed some slight stains on a few of the restaurant chairs.

flawless service cute staff

the staff recognised me from my last visit, this meant a lot. service was flawless. i found the experience to be like a home away from home. i will be back for sure.

i found the main door was not automatic. there was also no one to help open the door when i had suitcases. i was asked to pay for parking, before i had even checked in.

The young lady at the reception desk during the daytime was wonderful and very helpful to me. the room service staff were very nice. They responded quickly to requests. the cleaning people were warmer than the manager.

The hotel offered a convenient location near local transportation. Breakfast presented a good selection of items each morning. The staff showed genuine warmth and readily assisted with directions. I felt safe . It was a very reassuring environment.
