big room swan decoration cute atmosphere
the room was amazing and big. it was decorated with swans created with towels. it. i definitely plan to return to this hotel.
the bar was a bit expensive.

underwhelming stay. some issues noted.
small room undusted lights
the room size felt restrictive, especially given the price point. it was a cosy double, but definitely on the smaller side. also, i found the bedside lights were not properly dusted. this triggered my allergies, the dust was easily wiped off though. twice.

reserved parking space decent cup great service
The staff was attentive making sure my reserved parking space was available. i also appreciated having everything i needed after a long drive. Breakfast was good, even for a coffee snob like me, i got a decent cup. the service was great .
the rooms felt a bit small for the price, i thought! it could have been a little bit bigger, but this is only minor point.

my room included a mini fridge, an iron, and an ironing board! it was very convenient as i needed to iron my business attire. the size was adequate for one, and even two people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. the bar and reception staff were fully attentive! they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had, appreciated.

first class location easy walk stiff turns expensive breakfast
The location proved first class. A short walk led directly to the high street. I used the cliff lift to descend to the main road. It was an easy walk to the pier after that..
The bathroom design had some issues. The shower caused water to spread everywhere. The shower turns felt very stiff. Breakfast was expensive, with each item charged separately.
