staff dedication welcome champagne pillow spray nice touch

i found the staff dedication to be really good. they have a real commitment to. i appreciated the welcome champagne and the pillow spray. the available snacks and drinks added a nice touch during my five night stay.

the staff were pretty good too ensure an really good stay. team members are attentive, warm, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. they provided personalized service and addressed guests by name throughout the visit.

small room low pressure

the location was central and convenient for getting around the city it met my basic needs for a place to sleep.

the room i had was quite small and felt a bit cramped there was not much space to move around comfortably.

slow check-in unstocked minibar

I expected a more seamless experience for the price. The check-in process was slow. I waited almost thirty minutes. The minibar was not properly stocked. The promised turndown service did not occur one evening. These issues detracted from an otherwise luxurious stay. The staff addressed them quickly but the initial lapse was disappointing. I did like the location close to major attractions though.

Mixed Feelings Regarding the Stay

room size inadequate space

The hotel location was acceptable.

The room was not ready at the stated check-in time , causing inconvenience. The room and bathroom felt small , also the bathroom lacked adequate space for toiletries. Breakfast in the hotel seemed overpriced , I opted for a local coffee shop instead.
