friendly reception quick check-in good breakfast
i was greeted by a friendly reception staff, check-in was quick. the hotel's location suited my travel needs very well. it is accessible for my return trips later this year. i found the breakfast selection good, with multiple choices.

I had to request a room move as the ac was broken and a leg was missing from the bed! rooms were outdated and worn. the bathroom was one of the most basic i've ever seen. one staff member at reception was nice. The other was rude and dismissive.

king room nice breakfast
i received a complimentary upgrade to the premium king room. the room looked recently refurbished. breakfast offered a very nice choice of items.
i noticed the sink drained rather slowly in the bathroom.
