The meeting room was spacious it was well lit. The room was well equipped too. Kelvin ensured all facilities were as promised.

The main lamp in the bedroom didn't work i regret that. I couldn't phone down to reception the phone wasn't working. The full length mirror was missing i was disappointed about this.

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location near Borough Market. The reception area felt modern and inviting upon arrival. I was thankful for the early check-in. The room was spacious enough for my needs, especially considering typical sizes.

The air conditioning in the room did not perform as strongly as I would have liked.

The location provides easy access to the central area for convenient sightseeing. It is a calm area and within walking distance from Borough Market, greatly adding to its appeal. Services in this area are notably great too.

The room was clean. The bed offered great comfort. The bathroom included a glass feature and was well kept. The shower was also excellent, I had no issues with anything.

The breakfast provided a really excellent experience. It was well worth the money, giving great value. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Live music enhanced the dining atmosphere when I arrived, that was very nice.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location. It was near many places i wished to visit. borough market was very close. staff members at the reception were helpful with directions. the room was very clean, and it featured nice decor.

the lighting in my room felt slightly dark, especially DURING the evening.
