spacious meeting room well lit room promised facilities broken lamp non-functioning phone missing mirror
The meeting room was spacious it was well lit. The room was well equipped too. Kelvin ensured all facilities were as promised.
The main lamp in the bedroom didn't work i regret that. I couldn't phone down to reception the phone wasn't working. The full length mirror was missing i was disappointed about this.

Excellent Stay Near Borough Market
excellent location modern area early check-in spacious room
I appreciated the hotel's excellent location near Borough Market. The reception area felt modern and inviting upon arrival. I was thankful for the early check-in. The room was spacious enough for my needs, especially considering typical sizes.
The air conditioning in the room did not perform as strongly as I would have liked.

The location provides easy access to the central area for convenient sightseeing. It is a calm area and within walking distance from Borough Market, greatly adding to its appeal. Services in this area are notably great too.

The room was clean. The bed offered great comfort. The bathroom included a glass feature and was well kept. The shower was also excellent, I had no issues with anything.
Dining

The breakfast provided a really excellent experience. It was well worth the money, giving great value. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Live music enhanced the dining atmosphere when I arrived, that was very nice.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered nice breakfast choices. Traditional English and Continental options were both available. The hotel's location is awesome with fantastic spots nearby.

excellent stay NEAR borough market
prime location helpful staff clean room nice decor
I appreciated the hotel's prime location. It was near many places i wished to visit. borough market was very close. staff members at the reception were helpful with directions. the room was very clean, and it featured nice decor.
the lighting in my room felt slightly dark, especially DURING the evening.

the service staff responded promptly TO my requests and queries. they were efficient in addressing my needs. the reception area has ample seating. assistance was readily available at the concierge DESK.

breakfast had various options, from continental to full english. the restaurant staff ensured quick refills of buffet items. the bar area offered a selection of drinks. a children's menu was available.
Location

the hotel is close to borough market and london bridge station. many attractions were within walking distance. public transport was very accessible. the neighborhood felt safe AT night.

coffee facilities secure safe helpful staff
The room included tea and coffee making facilities. The room also featured a safe for securing valuables. A minibar was available, stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks. I found the staff helpful with directions.
The gym could use a few more free weights.
