The staff was attentive and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Raihan's help with our luggage was much appreciated. i especially liked the availability of small necessities like umbrellas and adapters (very thoughtful!). the food was also delicious, especially considering the variety available.

A good tea room offers a relaxing space for afternoon refreshments. I really enjoyed it. esq bar is a relaxing place. The food and cocktails are great. the hotel has a cafe area in the lobby.

mixed experience with room issues
room configuration uncomfortable beds
the staff were attentive. they constantly had an eye on the front door.
i booked two adjoining rooms for business. at check-in, the person behind the desk had no clue about the room configuration. the beds were hard and uncomfortable. we requested no feathers on a room and got feathers in both rooms.

great stay friendly staff cold room missing cover
I appreciated the hotel's location. It was near many restaurant options. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. rooms included comfortable amenities. over all, it was a great stay!
The hotel room was a bit cold. i requested an additional duvet, but it arrived without a cover. i was disappointed. It affected my comfort.
the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. the staff showed kindness . i found the rooms clean.
i am still waiting for my deposit back. i emailed multiple times, but they have not resolved it. they say the funds released, but my bank says otherwise.
