The hotel is near several local eateries and supermarkets. I found the proximity to the tube and train lines convenient. Parking was easy. I appreciated the helpful staff, as I'm walking with crutches.
The room had dirty windows. The net curtains also had paint splashes. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly, offering assistance . They always seemed ready to provide needed support and directions. I appreciated their dedication.

the staff were friendly. the room was clean and larger than average. the indian restaurant had lovely food, and i really enjoyed dining there after a long day. we had easy access to various places since the train station was close.
the décor in the room seemed a bit tired. a refresh could enhance the overall experience. i hope they consider these improvements in the future.
