I found the reception staff very helpful upon arrival. the free parking offered made things easier. the room included coffee and tea making facilities. This was very useful. the bathroom featured liquid hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. I found this practical.

the pillow i had was a bit too thin for my preference, though i managed ok.

the staff were helpful, and my room was clean. It was a standard double room.

the bed really felt hard. i asked for more pillows because the ones provided reminded me of rocks. I didn't sleep well because of this uncomfortable bed.
