The staff was wonderfully attentive. wendy and emmanuel really stood out, always making time for a chat. the restaurant provided superb food, cooked perfectly to my liking. the spa treatments were an absolute balm. Rena and kiki gave me a massage that relieved all my tension.
i found the lighting in the bathroom a little dim, making it slightly hard to apply makeup properly.

the hotel enjoys a quiet location surrounded by nature. i noticed many mature trees that are hundreds of years old throughout the park. the terrace provides fine views of a garden. the location is relaxing.

Romantic Escape, A Good Stay!

My love and I enjoyed the serene gardens. They provided such a peaceful backdrop for our strolls. Our room featured a large window that let in so much natural light. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. We appreciated the attentive service we got at the reception desk. The staff was always ready to assist with a smile.
The outdoor jacuzzi pool was a bit crowded during peak hours, this was very disappointing.

The receptionist was cute and efficient resolving queries i had. Massages from Ruby and Lauren were excellent. Keena did a great pedicure in a professional manner. My facial with Shehla was the highlight of my stay!
Spa facilities were quite limited but it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our return visit with family after having afternoon tea in the summer. the food was excellent. My mum and i chose the nicoise salad. my dad enjoyed the prawn marie rose sandwich, and my husband chose the flatbreads. our son had the fantastic children's three-course meal. It was great.

Hulya.!! She did everything she could for us. Breakfast had SOOOO much choice. The rooms were lovely and very clean.
The spa pool was just a small, outdoor jacuzzi. There was hardly any space to sit and relax there. The service was friendly BUT hopeless. It was unclear what utensils we needed with different courses.

i went on a spa break for one night with three friends staff at reception proved friendly and cute three of us shared a spacious beautiful room the room felt luxurious we each had 60 minute spa treatments as part of the package the treatments were amazing the outdoor jacuzzi was lovely to relax in. i found the food delicious dinner consisted of three courses in a lovely setting waiting staff were attentive. breakfast was also delicious it was served at the table not buffet style.
the room was quite hot overnight i tend to find this in all hotels. temperature control improvements would greatly enhance guest comfort.
