plastic cartons minimal toiletries
the full english breakfast was self service and quite good.
the coffee and tea facilities were pretty basic. i found standard nescafe sachets. the milk came in those tiny plastic cartons, like you'd find in a budget place. bathroom toiletries were also very minimal, just a small soap and tiny shampoo bottles.

Wonderful Stay at Historic Location

cleanliness comfortable bed climate control shower flow
The room had cleanliness I admired a very comfortable bed and effective climate control. The shower room featured a lighted mirror and a powerful shower flow rate. A refrigerator in the room proved particularly useful. I found the breakfast selection to be comprehensive and delicious with many choices.
I did observe that some general upkeep could be given to the terrace and gardens closest to the building.

fine architecture great breakfast delayed refund rude gentleman
The architecture was fine! breakfast offered such a wide variety of delicious choices of great quality. i really appreciated the ev charging. There was always a space available when i needed it.
The deposit of £50 wasn't credited back immediately. i had to call several times, each time waiting an eternity for reception to answer, frustrating. when i finally got through, the gentleman was pretty rude. They didn't seem to grasp that the hotel had made the initial error.
