This hotel provided free parking in its premises. The breakfast had many choices and tasted delicious. The staff were helpful and provided information about local restaurants. They helped us make a dinner reservation. The daily happy hour with free drinks was a nice extra.
The hotel charged for the last night even after discussing cancellation. This happened despite the policy stated on their site. I wish this issue could have been resolved more smoothly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the included happy hour had delicious snacks and wine. the minibar had a variety of beverages. The first three drinks were free! the hotel staff provided a drying rack for our balcony. it was amazing!!!
The breakfast selection was not very wide. I would have liked to see a few more options.

the hotel is across the arno river near the ponte a san niccolo. we found it easy to walk into the city center from this location. a bus stop nearby offered convenient access to downtown.

the room was super clean with a nice balcony i enjoyed free refreshments in the lobby i also appreciated the included parking even though the yard was a bit tight the location was quite good as well with a moderate walk to the historic center
i noticed slight sounds coming from the adjacent bathroom at times it was not a major issue but slightly noticeable
