a lovely stay near station
excellent location friendly staff short walk
this hotel was excellent, with a superb location near the train station. i liked the short walk to tourist sites, i appreciate that the city is so flat for walking. the staff was helpful, all were friendly.
the air conditioning barely worked in the room. the fridge was also not cold.

the hotel offers close proximity to the train station. many restaurants are nearby. there are lots of markets within walking distance from the hotel.

the room was good sized and tastefully decorated. a nice balcony overlooked the interior courtyard. it had good decor throughout, offering a classic but modern design.

good location helpful staff valet parking wide choice
the location was very good, offering easy access to many sights. all staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. the hotel offered valet parking, quite convenient. i found the breakfast offered a wide choice in a pleasant room.
the wifi could have been better. the shower did leak, though it wasn't a major issue.

a balanced stay
train station excellent location evening meal uncomfortable bed stiff neck pillow menu
the location worked very well. it was very close to the train station. i liked the santa maria novella area. the hotel restaurant was also excellent for evening meal.
the beds were uncomfortable. i saw a pillow menu was available only in the morning. it would've been helpful to know that before waking up with a stiff neck.

the location is close to the train station. our room was a family room and very spacious. the air conditioning works well.
