the location was fantastic, right near the train station and all the main restaurants. the staff spoke english, very helpful, and the hot shower was AMAZING!!!

The hotel entrance has 21 steps. I had to carry my luggage up to the front desk.

I found the hotel very close to the main train station. My room was ready upon arrival. The provided amenities were convenient. I had a mini-bar stocked with free drinks. Staff offered helpful assistance with directions.

Street noise was noticeable at times (earplugs helped).

The bathroom was quite small and thats wasnt so good. the shower curtain clung to me, its really annoying. also, the sound isolation wasn't good. Street noise made it difficult sleep. i really didn't liked that.

I noticed a faint musty odor in the stairwell leading to the hotel entrance.
