the room was too cold reception staff said there was nothing to be done about it and they did not care i found the attitude quite rude it was not a good experience the spa also lacked a pool which was disappointing

I found convenient public transport very close. my room was higher up. It was quiet. staff were friendly enough. i appreciated the easy check in and check out processes.
room service had problems. two out of four days i had no service. there was trash below the bed when i arrived.

the parking was easy. this hotel is located next to the rai station with direct access to the city center! the breakfast was great. it offered many choices and all were surprisingly well made
