a lovely experience!
helpful staff meal recommendation comfortable bed
the staff was very friendly and helpful. they offered recommendations for meals and places. our room had a comfortable bed and there was an elevator! it proved important as i brought suitcases to a top floor. breakfast staff are the kindest people, kindest staff, top floor

mixed feelings about this hotel
small room noise level
the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
The room was quite small. it lacked a mini-fridge and air conditioning were good. the noise was also a problem. I heard doors slamming and people coming and going at all hours (it wasn't relaxing at all).

a mostly unremarkable stay
cramped room loud noises
The room felt quite cramped (even for just myself), and i missed having air conditioning. it. also, the noise level was a problem. I could hear every door slam and people walking by. this disturbance negatively impacted my rest, and it seemed like i was constantly being woken up throughout the night.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
The location was good. It's near the museum.
The lack of air conditioning was a problem. The room became very uncomfortable at night because of the heat.
