the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
The room was quite small. it lacked a mini-fridge and air conditioning were great. the noise was also a problem. I heard doors slamming and people coming and going at all hours (it wasn't relaxing at all).

cramped roomloud noises
The room felt quite cramped (even for just myself), and i missed having air conditioning. it. also, the noise level was a problem. I could hear every door slam and people walking by. this disturbance negatively impacted my rest, and it reminded me of i was constantly being woken up throughout the night.
