i liked the very effective blackout curtains. the proximity to vondelpark proved handy for morning jogs. the staff provided prompt assistance when i requested extra towels.
the selection of tv channels seemed somewhat limited.

the staff were helpful with directions for tram and bus lines. the room was quite cozy and clean. the location was very good it made exploring easy. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night it was perfect for restful sleep.
i arrived almost an hour early and i was told i could not check in without paying a fee for early access. also the shower drain was blocked which took a day and a half to resolve. this impacted my overall experience.

the hotel staff provided assistance with local transportation they explained the tram and bus routes. i found them approachable and keen to ensure i had a smooth experience. their support added to the positive atmosphere of the stay.

i found the hotel very close to public transport. it made getting to the city center simple. the staff were friendly. the location near the park was great for morning runs.
the room lacked air conditioning , made it uncomfortable, particularly on warmer days, even with the automatic shading in place.
