close museums city center trams quality coffee
the location is very close to museums. trams into the city center are close. the room had a pod coffee machine with good quality coffee for free. the beds had great isolation.
the hotel entrance is opened by staff using an intercom.

cute receptionist convenient station dust uncomfortable bathroom
the receptionist was very cute, and the location was near a tram station. this made it easy to access most parts of the city.
the room did not look like the pictures. there was some dust, and it didn't feel clean. the bathroom was EXTREMELY small and uncomfortable.

great Hotel near museums
convenient location helpful staff wide selection
the hotel location proved very convenient for visiting museums. i found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. breakfast offered a wide selection and gluten-free options were available. the neighborhood felt quiet and peaceful, offering a nice break from the busy city center.
my room was located in the basement, it felt a bit suffocating because it lacked windows.

wonderful stay!
tram stops spa slippers
the location near the tram stops was a huge plus for getting around the city easily. the room included complimentary bathrobes and spa slippers. i really liked the convenience of the nearby airport shuttle bus.
i found that the entrance required staff assistance at all times , even late at night. this made it a bit inconvenient when returning to the hotel after exploring the city.

the room was quite spacious and included all the amenities i needed , such as a coffee machine. the bathroom featured a powerful shower and also a jacuzzi tub . everything seemed very clean.

the hotel is in a nice , safe area. trams are easily accessible from the hotel , about a 2 minute walk. i found it a convenient place from which to explore local attractions. i appreciated the proximity to the museums.

the hotel provided complimentary coffee in the room , a feature i especially appreciated. i noticed there was a bar but it was self-service only , it might be better if it was be staffed. overall , the premises were very clean and cute.

the location was conveniently located near museums. the staff were super friendly!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, which met expectations. The location was very close to museums and shops.
The room seemed small, I could see this as a potential downside for some. Closet space was nice. We only needed the room for a night, but with more luggage, it could be an issue. It didn't quite meet our needs.
