The hotel bikes were a HUGE plus, allowing me to explore the city at my own pace. The location was central and scenic. I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout, a service i appreciated.
When I returned to my room one evening, the door had been left ajar by housekeeping, a slight cause for concern.

terrible air conditioningconstant street noise
i was so annoyed with the room. the air conditioning was terrible, it didn't cool the room at all. i set it to the lowest temperature and the highest fan speed, but it did not work. it. also, the noise from the street kept me awake. it was constant, even with the windows closed. i could not sleep properly.

The hotel had a snack shop. It offered a convenient self-checkout. Our Superior Room Panoramic Canal View featured a great view of the canal. The staff members were friendly. The location was near many museums and various dining options.
I noticed the signage for the gym could be improved.

i found the location convenient, a short walk to the museum district. the room was spacious, great to comfortably store our luggage and coats. breakfast offered both a buffet and an a la carte option. i also greatly appreciated the helpful and polite staff.
the bed was slightly firmer than my personal preference. as a side sleeper, i found it a bit difficult to get a perfect night's rest.
