The bed was large and the coffee machine worked fine I guess

The front desk staff were less than stellar at check-in. I was told most of our group would have to settle for twin rooms even though we booked beautiful doubles. It reminded me of they thought we were too stupid to notice there was no price difference I will say I was annoyed

the location was convenient it was within walking distance to several museums the secure parking on-site was useful i found a tram stop nearby , made getting around easy the staff was supportive and helpful .

the entrance looked a bit neglected with the flowers and garden needing some attention

the hotel's location allowed me to easily walk to the museum area i found tram lines 2 and 12 close by it was also away from the busy city center which i appreciated.

the room had nice space and a comfortable bed the air conditioning worked well it included a coffee maker i liked having the option to make coffee and tea in the room.

i found the staff to be very supportive and helpful they helped with getting settled and check-in was quick and efficient i felt very welcome here and appreciated their assistance.
