i requested breakfast room service and they were really nice too fulfill it. Something not typically offered. the rooms recently underwent refurbishment so they were fresh and of great quality.
the lunch menu selection was poor and the menus felt a bit grubby.

I found ample parking spaces upon arrival, though the parking fee was unexpected. The room featured crisp cotton sheets and a very clean environment. Breakfast included a good sausage selection. All staff members presented a smiling and helpful attitude, which I appreciated. I felt that there was really good service throughout the hotel.
The room showed a little wear in places, which wasn't ideal, but nothing major!

i found the room clean on arrival. breakfast service included scrambled eggs prepared specially for me on request. the hotel had an ev charger, a useful facility. it catered for coeliac disease with gluten-free fish and chips.
i noted the rooms looked a little tired.
