inconsistent cocktailslimited menu
I was disappointed with my visit. The cocktail service was inconsistent, sometimes fantastic, sometimes not so much. The menu selection seemed limited with mainly chicken and fish dishes. the COFFEE machine seemed to shut down early. Which was inconvenient.

Mixed feelings about my stay.

unfulfilled requestbottled water charge
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The staff seemed rather stretched. My request for extra towels went unfulfilled during my entire stay. I was also surprised to discover a charge for bottled water in the room, I think that should be complimentary.

the vegan option sounded great, but it was disappointing. tofu slices lacked glaze and gochujang flavor. the rice was clumpy with no coriander taste. no remedies were offered so my birthday celebration was dampened a bit.

The room was quite large and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a good temperature. I found the free parking very convenient.
I found that milk was not supplied in the room. I had to request it from reception. This was inconvenient. The fire was not on in the bar and it felt a bit chilly. Poached eggs were overdone at breakfast.
